Silver is Getting a Bit Frothy

It’s not uncommon for the metals to want to take a break in late spring. Silver has been on a tear lately and is getting a bit frothy. TheDSI is at 93 and while that is not saying we are at a major top, it does suggest that a correction into perhaps August would not be amiss.

In addition the silver seasonals favor a correction from May into August. Silver and silver shares have been blasting higher and taking some profit off the table is not a bad idea. We are not at a major top, we are nowhere near as high as silver is going to go but markets go up and markets go down. It’s not manipulation. It’s how life works.
