SHFE STOCKS REPORT 19/02: Most base metals inventories rise after Chinese New Year; tin flat

Inventories of base metals, with the exception of tin, increased in Shanghai Futures Exchange-registered warehouses in the week to Friday February 19, with zinc leading the way, according to the latest stocks report.
