EUROPE HRC: Price stability returns after earlier rise

Domestic prices for hot-rolled coil remained fairly stable day on day in Northern Europe on Thursday September 10, following a substantial increase a day earlier, sources have told Fastmarkets.

Fastmarkets' daily steel hot-rolled coil index, domestic, exw Northern Europe, was calculated at ?,?476.15 ($561.29) per tonne on Thursday, down by just ?,?0.10 per tonne from ?,?476.25 per tonne on Wednesday.
The index was up by ?,?16.65 per tonne week on week and by ?,?61.98 per tonne month on month.
