Many silver bulls are giving up, Morgan says. But this could change. He sees a shift coming. Likely, there will be more large down days for the stock market and more interest coming into the precious metals' space.

However, Morgan sees a possibility of a lower low for silver. But this would probably be more of a talking point than a significant move in the market.
