Including this newest find, the company has unearthed 55 diamonds over 200 carats since 2015."The 378-carat [stone] joins a rare and special lineage of exceptional, high-value diamonds recovered at Karowe, and continues to highlight the wonderful diamond potential of Botswana," said Lucara CEO Eira Thomas. "Continued and consistent recovery of [these] large diamonds...comes at a critical time and provides continued strength and additional foundation to the opportunity to finance and build the underground expansion at Karowe."Image: The 378-carat rough diamond.
