Meet Dr. Marcello M Veiga, PEng, PhD, 2012 Killam Teaching Prize recipient and UBC professor in the Faculty of Applied Science, Norman B. Keevil Institute of Mining Engineering. His research and teaching is focused on different topics that lead to improving the image of mining and contribute to the development of sustainable mining communities.
